I had a chance to work with our Service Delivery Manager last week in Albany. We talked about migrating another client’s workload into the data center we built a couple of years ago.

He shared a "tip for success" - I wanted to pass it along.

• Be certain a PM is assigned for the migration project work. The PM will focus on the work, and on the technical performers who are needed to accomplish the work.
• This focus allows department leads to maintain the balance between project work and everyday responsibilities.

Just wanted to share that our message got through, even in Albany.
